Cancellation Policy: - Once the booking is confirmed as above the following cancellation policy applies: Up to 7 days prior to program date: no refund. 8 - 15 days prior: 25% refund. 16 - 30 days prior 50% refund will be given. For any pre-course materials sent prior to a cancellation, an invoice will be raised unless returned within 7 days of cancellation.
